Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and 911Fund ("we", "us") about your use of the Infranatomy website at infranatomy.com and the Infranatomy software and any paid plan (together, "the Service"). By using the Service or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

1. What the Service is

Infranatomy reads a network design file that you write and produces planning outputs from it, such as a 3D rack view, topology and cabling pages, a bill of materials and evidence labels. The Service is an early prototype. Features may change, and some described as planned may never be built.

Paid plans are not on sale yet. The plans we expect to offer are shown on infranatomy.com: a one-time price for one closet pack, a monthly plan for teams of up to 3 users, and an organization plan priced on request.

2. Early access

If you join the early-access list, we will use your email as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and billing

This section applies if and when paid plans launch.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for your own or your organization's design work. You must not:

5. Outputs are planning aids

Outputs are marked "concept, not for procurement or installation". They are drafts to help you plan, not engineering advice and not a substitute for a site survey, a qualified engineer's review, or vendor documentation.

6. Your content

You keep all rights in the design files and other content you give the Service. You allow us to process that content only as needed to provide the Service. This website does not accept design files. Before paid plans launch we will update these terms to say how the details you send for a closet pack are handled.

7. Our intellectual property

Apart from your own content, we keep all rights in the Service, the Infranatomy name and logo, and the website.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of outputs, and non-infringement. We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, equipment costs or business, arising from the Service or its outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 US dollars if you paid nothing.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the Service. If we end a paid plan without cause, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Sections 5 to 9 and 11 survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and email subscribers about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
